ARRIVING FOR APPOINTMENS

We encourage all our guests to arrive at least 15 minutes for appointments allowing time to unwind and fill out a questionnaire so we may better serve your needs.
We cannot guarantee that all services will be completed for late arrivals.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations require a 24 hour notice on all appointments.

Group parties and day spa packages require a 72 hour cancellation notice.

50% of the service price will be charged on all missed appointments.
