- Valid to new clients only
- When booking, please provide serial number of the certificate.
- No substitutions or refunds. Gratuities are greatly appreciated.
- Card must be presented or appointment booked will be charged at full price.
- Limited bookings available on Friday and Saturday. Not valid on holidays.
- Only one certificate will be honored per person.
- Additional certificates can be purchased as gifts.
- A minimum of 24 hr cancellation notice is required or the scheduled service will be forfeited. Ask for the confirmation number of the cancellation for validation.
- Maximum one service a day. (May combine some visits if space is available)
- Appointments must be made at least one week in advance. Earlier appointments may be available.
- Certificatse expire 90 days from date of validation.
- Not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged certificates.
- No verbal agreements will be honored.
- Not valid with any other promotions/gift certificates/spa finders.
- Check Acceptance Policy: KRYSTELLE SPA & SALON will accept personal checks which are payable to KRYSTELLE SPA & SALON. A processing fee of $25.00 or legal limit will be charged for all returned checks
